Business Operations Trainee
Synaxus, Inc. is hiring a Business Operations Trainee in Fort Myers, FL.

This is a full-time, in-person role. Compensation is base pay plus additional incentives based on performance. Synaxus campaigns operate in approved retail and event environments and do not include residential door-to-door sales or cold calling.
Responsibilities include:
- Support daily operations and assist with process improvements
- Help ensure smooth execution across marketing and client-facing initiatives
- Build skills to grow into a leadership role through hands-on training and mentorship
