Senior Generative Engine Optimization Strategist
Example Corp is hiring a Senior Generative Engine Optimization Strategist to lead how our products, documentation, and entity graph appear in AI search systems.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role for applicants located in the United States. Typical hours are 40 hours per week, overlapping Eastern Time for planning rituals.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop GEO strategies that improve entity visibility across AI search systems
- Implement and govern structured data, including Schema.org JobPosting, Organization, and Product graphs
- Partner with content and engineering to keep canonical facts aligned in HTML, JSON-LD, and internal feeds
- Measure citation quality, answer faithfulness, and retrieval coverage rather than vanity rankings alone
Requirements:
- 48 months of experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, or related search visibility work
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated work with Schema.org, knowledge graphs, and AI search evaluation
- Ability to write for both human readers and machine consumers without stuffing titles or descriptions
